The Villa located in beautiful bay of Molos, few minutes from Marpissa village. The pool area of the house surrounded by a spacious shaded lounge and dining area as well as comfortable sofas with cushions, sun beds, large outdoor secure mobile sun umbrellas paired with a large dining table which predisposes guests to enjoy a delicious meal or cocktail while watching the majestic sea and mountain view.

Villa One
The first house devided in 3 levels and it is possible to accommodate comfortable up to 16 guests as it has 8 bedrooms. On the Ground floor where is the main entrance you will find the living room with chimney, stereo, direct access to terrace and a guest powder room. Few steps down is the dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen which has private entrance door (it consists of Bosch American fridge with ice machine and filtered water, AEG Built in steam & conventional oven- AEG built in Microwave- Teka built in ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones- hood air extractor to outdoors - Bosch silent dishwasher - In sink waste disposal). On the same level there is also 1 Master bedroom with open plan separate double shower area and bathtub, his and hers marble wash basin, closed WC and mini kitchen area.
On the Garden level there are 6 bedrooms in total and we report below some more details for each one. The first bedroom has King size bed, en-suite open-plan WC & shower, his and hers marble washbasin, and shared kitchenette in adjoining corridor, and direct access to private terrace and pool area. The second bedroom has King size bed, en suite shower bathroom, his and hers marble washbasin, separate dressing room, and shared Kitchenette in adjoining corridor, and direct access to private terrace and pool area. The third bedroom with independent entrance has 2 single beds or an 1.60 m bed, with open-plan en-suite shower bathroom, one marble washbasin and direct access to private terrace and pool area. The fourth bedroom has Queen size bed,  en-suite shower bathroom with marble sink, and direct access to private terrace and pool area. The fifth bedroom with independent entrance has Queen size bed, en-suite shower bathroom with marble sink, and direct access to pool area. The last bedroom for this level is a sitting room with double bed sofa pull out (1.6 m bed), en-suite bathroom with marble sink, WC and adjoining shower with the massage room. Finally there is a Gym/Yoga room with bamboo flooring and direct access to terrace and pool area, a massage room and a steam room (restricted due to Covid).
At the upper level there is 1 more bedroom with independent entrance, en-suite open plan shower and bathroom (his and hers marble washbasin). This room has a 360 degree view and access to two private terraces with sitting area and pergola. All bedrooms have cooling system and TV.
