Description

The splendid Villa has been designed according to a very high standard. The materials are luxurious, with soft canvases, pleasantly aged wood and very high quality glass. The architecture is spacious, arranged like a hotel with separate pavilions that allow different groups of guests to be entertained in different ways: children play in the pool, adults share drinks around the bar and watch the chef, another group plays table games in a separate and quiet lounge and then adolescents watch television in a large air-conditioned room. There is something for all generations!

 

The refined interior decoration is signed Athenais Aim. In terms of furniture, you will find an open bar that connects the interior and exterior, merging the incredible pool, terrace, gourmet kitchen and main living space with the air-conditioned dining room. A large separate room has three glass walls that can be opened wide or closed from the elements, which is a continuity of the external space. It has an elegant wooden dining table and can also be used as a second dining room or TV room, with American satellite and Apple TV.

 

The seven bedrooms are located in separate buildings and are on three floors with a wide range of terraces, offering an unparalleled level of luxury and comfort. The master bedroom is located in its own pavilion behind the main living rooms, with a double bed, an outdoor shower and a small private terrace with deckchairs. The other rooms are in the main building but are private, you can access them by following a small staircase that leads down from the main lounge. On the intermediate level are two other bedrooms of superior size and comfort (king size beds, sumptuous bathrooms). On the ground floor, four smaller bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a small private bathroom, high definition TV sets and large dressing rooms are located on the ground floor.

  • A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation
  • The full payment is required if the inquiry is made less than sixty (60) days before arrival
  • If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit
  • No contract with us exists until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking
  • All prices are subject to change without notice prior to the receipt of the deposit

Cancellation Policy:

It is agreed between us that IF you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or IF the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following:

  • 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival 40%
  • 59 days or less prior to scheduled arrival 100%
  • Cancellations must be received in writing by us
  • No-shows, late arrivals, changes in number of people in your group after arrival, and early departures are all non-refundable
  • It is strongly advised that you subscribe your own trip cancellation insurance policy with your insurance

Accommodation Policy:

  • Rates are per week and exclude tourism tax (5%) and service fee (10%)
  • Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom
  • A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request
  • All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days
  • Shorter stays are on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week)
