Villa is one of the most exclusive and magnificent estate in St-Barths, just walking distance to the Saline Beach.
This stunning villa offers a total of 6 bedrooms, and is located on a hill overlooking the white sands and turquoise waters of the Plage de la Saline and its typical dunes.
Privacy is guaranteed, as there are no neighbors in the area.
Its 16,000 square feet of ultra-modern architecture and high-tech amenities are nested in lush natural gardens and grassy lawns.
The villa is composed of the main building and two independent one-bedroom guest houses 300ft down the hill, graded terraces and the largest tropical gardens in St. Barts (2.5 acres).
There are two heated pools: an 80ft lap pool ideal for swimming and a 40ft family-friendly pool to enjoy relaxing moments.
Other high-tech types of equipment include a gym, an office, outdoor showers and a palapa for spa services.
The main building comprises a large living area downstairs, 1 master bedroom as well as 2 fully equipped, professional quality kitchens: the first one is air-conditioned, and the second one opens in the dining area with a high bar.
In the dining area, you will find a long table, which can host up to 20 guests.
How about relaxing on the wide, deep sofas while enjoying the breathtaking view?
The upper level offers a second master bedroom with balcony overlooking Saline.
Here are two other guest bedrooms: one has an access to the deck, with a view over the ocean, and from the other one you can see the Saline pond and the beautiful hills beyond.
All three rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom.
Now take a walk outside, down a short flight of curved stone stairs and you will discover the two independent one-bedroom guest houses, ideal for private guests or staff.
The first one has a large bedroom and an adjacent bathroom, a large outside living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The second one comprises a bedroom, a bathroom, and a covered terrace with a view of the tropical garden.
The lush greenery features bougainvillea, coconut trees, a whole variety of smaller trees, and flowering shrubs which can only be found on the island.

- The full payment is required if the inquiry is made less than sixty (60) days before arrival
- If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit
- No contract with us exists until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking
- All prices are subject to change without notice prior to the receipt of the deposit

Cancellation Policy:
It is agreed between us that IF you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or IF the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following:
- 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival 40%
- 59 days or less prior to scheduled arrival 100%
- Cancellations must be received in writing by us
- No-shows, late arrivals, changes in number of people in your group after arrival, and early departures are all non-refundable
- It is strongly advised that you subscribe your own trip cancellation insurance policy with your insurance
Accommodation Policy:
- Rates are per week and exclude tourism tax (5%) and service fee (10%)
- Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom
- A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request
- All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days
- Continental breakfast served every morning, included in the High Season and Christmas/New Year's Eve rates
- Shorter stays are on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week)
