This 2-storey, 5 bedrooms luxurious villa (ground and upper level) is situated on a 3.000 m2 plot and has a private swimming pool of 72 m2 (6m x 12m)
The main house has 3 bedrooms; 1 master bedroom with an en-suite large bathroom and walk-in closet, 1 Double bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom with two built in beds that share a bathroom. The rooms have sea views and large verandas or balconies. The cozy lounge area & dining area have direct access to the external lounge area and pool.
Villa Zoe also includes a charming guest house with a kitchenette and a private bathroom, a guestroom with a smaller kitchenette and private bathroom, as well as a separate staff room with its own small kitchenette and WC (to be used only upon request)
In the external lounge area there is a comfortable and protected dining area for up to 12 guests, a built-in BBQ and a large bar area with sofas. The swimming pool has an over ow feature and its surrounding area is covered by a wooden sun-deck.
All areas of the villa are surrounded by a beautiful garden with pergolas and stone pedestals that protect the house from the northern winds. Sea Pearl was built in the traditional Mykonian/Cycladic architecture of white washed cube houses with a contemporary touch in the design and furniture.
