Description
Set in a dreamy garden of palm trees and flambouyant, villa cocoons its guests in an ideal tropical hideaway. Decorated with a tasteful Asian sensibility, the home's atmosphere melds the carefree Caribbean with a Zen tranquility.
Located off the living area under a covered terrace is a dining area, which comfortably seats 12 guests. A second dining area is located underneath the gazebo in the garden. A spacious wooden deck with loungers surrounds the pool, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe.
Decorated with lavender and teak accents, the main building has 2 bedrooms, a living room, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen, which is strategically placed to take advantage of the view. The living room has a large, L-shaped sofa and opens to the pool and view.
The main building features two king bedrooms with ensuite baths. One bedroom faces the pool, while the other bedroom opens to the garden with a fountain. Two other air-conditioned bedrooms are located in separate bungalows and have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms.
The newly built extension comprises of two extra bedrooms with a view over Anse des Cayes, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, sun deck and infinity pool.

Payment Policy:
- A deposit of 40% is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation
- The full payment is required if the inquiry is made less than sixty (60) days before arrival
- If the balance is not received by us by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges, and to retain the deposit
- No contract with us exists until we have received this amount and the booking form duly signed, and have subsequently confirmed your booking
- All prices are subject to change without notice prior to the receipt of the deposit

Cancellation Policy:
It is agreed between us that IF you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or IF the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following:
- 60 days or more prior to scheduled arrival 40%
- 59 days or less prior to scheduled arrival 100%
- Cancellations must be received in writing by us
- No-shows, late arrivals, changes in number of people in your group after arrival, and early departures are all non-refundable
- It is strongly advised that you subscribe your own trip cancellation insurance policy with your insurance
Accommodation Policy:
- Rates are per week and exclude tourism tax (5%) and service fee (10%)
- Rates based on double occupancy per bedroom
- A minimum stay of 7 nights is requested, shorter stays are on request
- All bookings that include Christmas Day or New Years Day will be charged at the Peak Season Rate and for a minimum of 14 days
- Shorter stays are on request, but for a minimum of 7 days (Christmas week or NYE Week)
