Preciosa Three villa has exceptional panoramic sea views over the bay of Megali Ammos in the south of Mykonos. Their sunset views are unpassed by any property on the Island. The complex is easily accessed via the main road behind a secure parking gate. It covers 5,000 sq. m, constructed to blend into the rocky topography of the hillside. It is dressed by traditional walled gardens filled with olive trees, lavender and an organic vegetable garden. The whole of Preciosa Three Villa, including the patio areas, face the beach of Megali Ammos. The guests can enjoy breakfast outside underneath a pergola shaded by pink bougainvillea which also overlooks their private infinity pool and patio area.
Guests of the villa enjoy ample parking and easy access to Chora by foot whilst retaining the tranquillity of Megali Ammos. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs, Satellite, WI-FI, alarm system and Sonus Music System. In the event that the guests choose to engage the services of a chef for the duration of their stay, or for a special event, there is a small catering kitchen located next to the live in Housekeeper’s room for their use.
